Accessibility Features at UCF
UCF is committed to creating a physical environment is accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. To assist our campus community in understanding how to navigate campus, please read the information below on accessible campus features.
Wheelchair Charging Stations
UCF Orlando Campus: A Wheelchair Charging Station is now available on the second floor of the Student Union in the Starbucks area and in the Student Accessibility Services office.
Campus Garages with Elevators
UCF Orlando Campus: Garages A, C, H, F, and Resident Garages E and G have an elevator.
UCF Downtown Campus: Parramore and UnionWest Garages have an elevator.
Parking
All UCF Campuses: Designated parking is available in parking lots and garages throughout the campus. Individuals must display a state-issued disabled license plate or hang tag along with a valid UCF parking permit to park in these spaces.
Videophones
UCF Orlando Campus: A Videophone for deaf or hard of hearing students or guests is in the John C. Hitt Library on the 1st floor. Check out the remote from the LibTech Desk near the Reflecting Pond entrance.
UCF Downtown Campus: A videophone for deaf or hard of hearing students or guests is located in the Union West building on the 3rd floor.
Recreation and Wellness (RWC)
UCF Orlando Campus: Adaptive Paddling at Lake Claire kayak launch and Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation programs and services at the RWC.
