The Diversity Leadership Certificate is an interdisciplinary academic program intended to provide students with a foundational understanding of issues surrounding diversity and inclusion with a focus on the core themes of religion and spiritual traditions, race and ethnicities, gender and sexuality, and age and abilities. Students will develop skills to critically examine and address issues of diversity and inclusion in a variety of contexts from multiple perspectives. Students with an interest in international studies, as well as careers in business, communications, economics, education, environmental science, history, and politics, are invited to consider this certificate as a supplement to their major. This program is open to all students.
