This certificate program is open to business and non-business majors. For business majors pursuing a Management BSBA degree, selective use of restricted electives allows the certificate to be completed without any additional credit hours. For non-business majors, the certificate program provides an opportunity to develop expertise in human resources management and enhances the student's marketability and career preparation.

Other Requirements
- A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in all courses used to satisfy the certificate.
- Grades below "C" (2.0) or "S" grades from other institutions are not accepted.
- Courses taken at Florida College System institutions do not substitute for upper division courses.
- Courses transferred must be formally evaluated for equivalency credit. The student must provide a course syllabus and any other supporting information with his/her petition for this evaluation.
- At least nine hours used in this certificate must be earned at UCF.
- No Credit by Exam (TSD, Military credit) may be used.
- The College of Business does not permit any course used towards a certificate or those used to meet admission requirements for the certificate to be taken on an elective S/U grading basis.
