The Intercultural Communication Minor is designed to provide students with understanding of key patterns of cultural values and communication behaviors, develop competence in communicating across cultural boundaries, and introduce students to ethical issues in intercultural communication through a study abroad or study local focus.
Minor Requirements
- A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required in all courses used to satisfy the minor.
- Lower division courses taken at Florida College System institutions do not substitute for upper division courses.
Prerequisite Courses
- Some courses for this minor will have prerequisites completed as a part of a student's GEP requirement, as general electives, or a student can enroll into courses with consent of instructor.
