Biography

Jason Konzelmann serves as Director of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center at the UCF College of Medicine, which provides clinical settings for students to gain hands-on experience and practice essential skills.

Konzelmann is a certified master TeamSTEPPS trainer and a paramedic with more than 25 years of experience. His professional experience includes New York Simulation for Health Sciences, a partnership between New York University School of Medicine and the City University of New York, and DeSales University, where he developed simulation training for the school’s healthcare students. He believes that simulations are an essential part of medical students’ active learning and provides the opportunity to apply what they learn in lectures.
