Biography
Samiul Hasan’s research involves understanding human mobility and activity patterns, from mobile phone and social media data, to modeling transport networks and the emergence of cascading failures in interdependent infrastructure systems. His research interests include understanding human activity and mobility patterns on social media, determinants of pedestrian safety, and rider satisfaction as expressed on social media.
