Students may contact OSFA at 1-888-827-2004 for further questions regarding their renewal status. Students may submit a Scholarship Appeal for possible reinstatement. The scholarship appeal form can be submitted using the State Programs and Scholarships Appeal Form. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
