After serving our country, UCF’s student veterans find a home and a new purpose with others who know what it’s like to wear the uniforms of the U.S. military.

Every UCF medical student receives training in specialties including surgery, internal medicine, neurology and psychiatry at the Orlando VA Medical Center.

On Saturday, Nov. 5, the UCF Ethics Bowl team won the Southeast Regional Ethics Bowl, making this their second regional championship in three years.

With the new fellowship, the UCF-HCA graduate medical education consortium has 34 accredited residencies and fellowships across Florida training almost 520 doctors, making it one of the fastest growing GME programs in the state.
