Twenty-eight alumni panelists and over 900 students connected at the 4th Careerfest, held in the UCF College of Business Administration (#UCFBusiness) earlier this month.
The event is held every semester. Alumni are broken into panels by topic and share their experiences of the “real world,” and advice on how to navigate it successfully.
“I’m incredibly pleased with the momentum that this event is gaining. Our students are receiving invaluable insight into many areas of business, and it’s all possible thanks to the generosity of our alumni,” said Erin Oglethorpe, ’08, assistant director of alumni relations and the event coordinator.
“With more than double the student attendance from last semester, this event continues to greatly impact more and more students.”
