Three more distinguished alumni will be inducted into the College of Business Administration Hall of Fame on Friday, Oct. 5. The inductees will be honored at a reception that begins at 6 p.m. in the B.A. II atrium, followed by a dinner in the Cape Florida Ballroom in the UCF Student Union at 7:15 p.m.
Class of 2012 includes:
Merrell Bailey, ’85, ’89, ’01, and ’07. Bailey is managing partner for Bailey Zobel Pilcher, a boutique law firm that specializes in probate, wills, trusts and planning. Bailey actually has five degrees from the CBA: a B.S.B.A. in both Finance and Accounting, an MBA, and a MS in both Taxation and Accounting. She also has a law degree from Barry University.
Jonathan A. Kennedy, ’94 and ’96. Kennedy is the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Intersil Corporation, a company in Silicon Valley that specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of high-performance analog semiconductors. He earned his B.S.B.A. in Accounting and a MS in Accounting.
Brian Wheeler, ’95. Wheeler is the founder and CEO of Tijuana Flats, a Tex-Mex restaurant chain with locations in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. He earned his B.S.B.A. in Marketing.
