The UCF community is invited to participate in National Hazing Prevention Week (September 21-25, 2015) in effort to raise awareness of hazing prevention through various educational sessions and activities.

According to national research studies on hazing, more than half (51%) of all college students experience hazing.
Hazing prevention is everyone’s responsibility. This year several offices and student groups such as- Recreation and Wellness, Community Support Services, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Office of Student Involvement, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Student Union, LEAD Scholars Academy, SDES, University Compliance, UCF ROTC, UCF Marching Knights, Victim Services, Social Justice and Advocacy, Student Government Association, Office of Student Conduct, Wellness and Health Promotions, Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, and Diversified Greek Council have partnered to develop programs that will educate and encourage all Knights to take responsibility for our community.
