Jennifer Wright, director for the Office of Integrity and Ethical Development ─ a unit of the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, was the proud recipient of the “Campus Integrity Award” at the International Center for Academic Integrity Conference held in New Mexico mid-February. This award recognizes a campuswide (or larger) effort to promote and/or maintain the values of academic integrity.
The International Center for Academic Integrity was founded to combat cheating, plagiarism, and academic dishonesty in higher education. Its mission has since expanded to include the cultivation of cultures of integrity in academic communities throughout the world.
Nominations can be made for individuals or teams who have made extraordinary contributions to the field by upholding scholarly standards and/or improving the quality of education on an institutional or larger scale. Congratulations Jennifer for continuing to put UCF on the map in the area of Academic Integrity.
