Real estate developers, lenders and industrial property investors will benefit from The Industrial Space Demand Forecast, a study co-authored by Randy Anderson, the Howard Phillips Eminent Scholar Chair in the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate.
The study predicts future demand for industrial real estate by analyzing various economic factors. Results from the report show that demand for industrial space in the first quarter of 2011 is projected to grow, suggesting that the sector is improving.
