Randy Anderson, the Howard Phillips Eminent Scholar Chair in the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate, received the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Presidential Award during the chapter’s 14th Annual Best of the Best Awards Gala.
He was selected based on his “outstanding contribution to the Central Florida Chapter by an active member.” NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate, with 18,000 members in North America.
