Biography

Ana Leon is a retired Professor of Social Work in the School of Social Work at UCF. She is a nationally recognized expert on child mental health with an emphasis on the intersection between child mental health, trauma and the child welfare of very young children. Her research interests include child health and mental health issues, parenting interventions and children’s program evaluations.
