Biography

Diego Bufquin, Ph.D. is an assistant professor at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He is an experienced professional who has had a wide range of responsibilities throughout a career built in the hospitality and education sectors. Dr. Bufquin’s area of expertise includes hotel management, restaurant management, consumer behavior, organizational behavior and social psychology. He teaches lodging, restaurant and brand management courses to undergraduate and graduate students, and performs research focused on organizational and consumer behavior.
