Career Connections

As the demand for hospitality workers grows, Rosen College connects neighboring theme park and attraction giants to top talent from UCF.

Beloved Universal Studios characters took over UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management for its second annual Universal Day. With a Mardi Gras theme, the four-hour career fair, in partnership with Universal Destinations & Experiences, provides Rosen College students and recent graduates opportunities to network with entertainment industry professionals and land internships or jobs on the spot.

During the recruitment event, participants also gain insight into epic careers in food and beverage, park operations, aquatic attractions and more. As the demand for hospitality workers grows with industry expansion, Rosen College strives to connect neighboring theme park and attraction giants to top talent from UCF.

“These are collaborative events, not competitive ones. Students can utilize these opportunities to … develop interview skills … [and] learn more about the industry itself.”
