Biography
Zach Vig is a Geology Ph.D. student studying under Dr. Jessica Sunshine. He hopes to focus his work on the intersection between our surface observations and the underlying geophysical environment of the domes. Zach graduated from the University of Iowa in 2022 with degrees in Physics and Geology, with a focus on sedimentology and tectonics. “Although my experience in planetary science is limited as of now, I am excited to see how my training as a classical geologist and physicist can help the team achieve our goals!”
