THREE AGREEMENT TYPES AVAILABLE
UCF's main campus offers a variety of housing communities. But before you can choose your new room or roommates, you will need to choose your agreement type: academic-year agreement (fall and spring), NorthView agreement (fall, spring, and summer) or Towers agreement (fall, spring, and summer). Because when you apply for housing, you only need to select your agreement type. The rest of the details will fall into place after that.
ACADEMIC-YEAR AGREEMENT (FALL AND SPRING)
First-year students can live in any of our housing communities, but the following communities are specially designed with you in mind. With academic-year agreements (fall and spring) and dedicated services, programs and staff, these communities help ensure a smooth transition to college life.
TOWERS AGREEMENT (fall, spring, and summer)
Located next to Addition Financial Arena and the Bounce House football stadium, the Towers at Knights Plaza offer apartment-style living in a dynamic neighborhood setting. The Towers are a popular housing option, so interested students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
NORTHVIEW AGREEMENT (fall, spring, and summer)
Located near the north side of campus and the Bounce House, NorthView Apartments are just off campus while remaining a part of the UCF experience. And getting to class is easy with a free shuttle running between NorthView and campus. NorthView is privately owned but managed by UCF.
